How to Contact Hunter Douglas China or Find a Local Representative

The fastest way to reach Hunter Douglas China is the phone number published on hunterdouglas.cn: 021-64429999, accessible via the CONTACT US link in the site header. If you are outside mainland China, or need information specific to another market, use the COUNTRIES selector in the same header to switch to the relevant regional site. The site is available in 简体中文 and EN, so you can work in either language.

Contacting Hunter Douglas China Directly

The site header carries two entry points that matter for contact:

• CONTACT US — the direct inquiry link, paired with the phone number 021-64429999.
• SEARCH — a site search box ("Please enter your search below") for locating product or technical pages before you call.

The 021 area code corresponds to Shanghai, which is consistent with the site's mainland China positioning. If you are an architect, designer, or project specifier, it is worth browsing the relevant product section first so your inquiry can reference a specific system rather than a general request.

Finding a Local Representative Outside Mainland China

The COUNTRIES menu is the tool for this. It is organized by region, and each region expands into a country list:

Selecting your country takes you to the site for that market, which is where local contact details and representation are published. Note that the regional list is long and alphabetical within each region, so scanning rather than searching is the practical approach.

What You Can Look Up Before Contacting Anyone

Knowing the product line you need shortens the conversation considerably. The site's navigation is organized into these top-level areas:

• 吊顶与墙面 (Ceilings & Walls) — interior metal ceilings, interior wood ceilings, exterior metal ceilings, exterior wood ceilings, fabric ceilings, wall systems, and exterior wall systems
• 遮阳系统 (Sun Control) — single/double aerofoil fins, wing-shaped fins, fin-blade shading, linear panel shading, louvre shading, and architectural shading
• 外墙系统 (Exterior Wall) — cassette honeycomb panels, open structures, single-layer panels, sandwich wall panels, and custom options
• NBK® 陶板 (NBK Terracotta) — terracotta cladding
• 窗饰产品 (Window Coverings) — retail home window coverings and commercial project window coverings, including roller blinds, skylight blinds, venetian blinds (16mm/25mm and 50mm/60mm/80mm), motorized venetian blinds, and the EOS™ smart shading control system
• 技术资料 (Technical Resources) — organized by the same product categories, plus video content

For commercial window covering work, the site also lists hotel applications and specific product families such as 迪雅® Arcitella® double honeycomb shades, 丝络雅® Silhouette® shadings, 萝美雅® Luminette® privacy sheers, and 贝蕾雅® Pirouette® shadings.

Practical Notes

• Language switching is handled by the 简体中文 | EN control in the header, so English-speaking specifiers can navigate the same content.
• Technical documentation sits under 技术资料, split by product category (ceilings & walls, exterior wall, sun control, NBK terracotta) with a separate video section — useful to check before requesting drawings or specifications.
• The country selector is not a contact form. It routes you to a regional site; the actual contact details for your market appear there, not in the dropdown itself.

If your question is about a mainland China project, call 021-64429999 or use CONTACT US. If your project is elsewhere, pick your country from the COUNTRIES menu first and work from that site's contact information.
