MyFLFamilies: DCF Website and MyACCESS Login Guide
Updated
MyFLFamilies.com is the website of Florida's Department of Children and Families (DCF). If you want to sign in to manage public assistance, the relevant service is MyACCESS, not a login form on the department's general homepage.

EasyDomain is an independent website guide, not Florida DCF. Enter account details and submit documents only through the appropriate official service.
MyFLFamilies or MyACCESS: which one do you need?
| Your task | Start here |
|---|---|
| Find department programs, offices or general service information | MyFLFamilies / DCF homepage |
| Sign in, create a benefits account or manage an existing application | MyACCESS |
| Understand the public-assistance application process | DCF's Applying for Assistance guide |
How to reach the right login
- Open the official MyACCESS link above. Check that the hostname is myaccess.myflfamilies.com before entering credentials.
- Choose the account action you need. Use the sign-in controls for an existing account or the account-creation option if you need to register. If you have forgotten your password, use the recovery option rather than creating another account immediately.
- Follow the instructions inside your account. For a case update, use the notices, document requests and deadlines shown by DCF, rather than relying on a general web article.
What can you do in MyACCESS?
DCF directs public-assistance users to MyACCESS to manage benefits information, check their case and upload requested verification documents. Its application guide also describes other ways to apply and links to official instructional videos. Applying for government assistance through DCF is free; a payment request from an unrelated website is not part of that official application route.
If you cannot sign in
Check which page you are on before changing browser settings: the department homepage, an application-information page and the account portal serve different purposes. For a forgotten password, use the portal's own recovery process. For a case-specific question, follow the contact options on the official site.
Do not post your password, case number, Social Security number or benefit documents in a public comment or send them to EasyDomain. This page cannot check a case, reset a DCF password, or determine eligibility. The official portal and DCF's notices are the places to act on your application.
