EnglishWhere to Find Nintendo Switch Setup Guides on NSWTL.INFO
Updated
NSWTL.INFO hosts a dedicated Switch Guides section covering console preparation, firmware, updates, and troubleshooting, written step by step and available in five languages: English, Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), German, and Spanish. It's the right starting point if you're setting up a Switch for the first time or working through a problem, and it sits alongside the site's game libraries and bots rather than on a separate site.
What the guides cover
According to the site, the Switch Guides section is organized around four areas:
- Console preparation — what to do before you start using the console
- Firmware — firmware-related setup and information
- Updates — keeping the system current
- Troubleshooting — working through problems when something goes wrong
The guides are described as step-by-step, so they're structured as a sequence of actions rather than a reference document.
How to reach them
- Go to nswtl.info.
- Find the Switch Guides entry on the homepage — it's listed under the "Switch Guides · 5 languages" heading, with the label "Set up your Nintendo Switch."
- Select Open Nintendo Switch guide.
- Choose your language from the five available (EN, RU, PT-BR, DE, ES).
- Follow the guide for your situation — start with console preparation if the console is new to you, or jump to troubleshooting if you're fixing a specific problem.
The expected result is a language-matched, step-by-step walkthrough for the task you selected.
Who this is for
- First-time setup: work through console preparation, then firmware and updates in order.
- Existing owners with a problem: go straight to the troubleshooting section.
- Non-English speakers: the five-language support means you don't have to work through English instructions if one of the other four is easier for you.
What else is on the same site
The guides are one part of NSWTL.INFO, which describes itself as a free network of game libraries and services. Other sections include:
| Section | What it offers |
|---|---|
| Switch Torrent Library | Games, updates, and DLC, plus the network's main community |
| NSWTL GAMEHUB | Releases, ratings, reviews, news, and instant search across the bot network |
| NSWTL Client (Windows) | Game libraries, a built-in torrent client, community chat, news feeds, and automatic translation |
| All NSWTL game bots | 17 libraries covering PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Sega, Oculus, and other platforms |
The site also notes a password that is used across NSWTL bots, displayed on the homepage.
Practical notes
- The guides are hosted on the same site as the download and bot services, so you can move between setup help and other sections without changing sites.
- NSWTL Client is Windows-only according to the site; the guides themselves are web pages, not part of the client.
- If you only need one thing — say, troubleshooting a specific error — skip the earlier sections and go directly to that part of the guide rather than reading the whole sequence.
