What languages are available on the Intercessors for Israel website?
Updated
Intercessors for Israel (ifi.org.il) offers its site in 14 languages: English, Hebrew, Russian, German, Swedish, Chinese, Dutch, French, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Korean, Italian, and Portuguese. You can switch languages from the language selector at the top of the page, and the same list appears again when you sign up for the mailing list, where you must choose at least one language.

How to switch the site language
- Look for the language area near the top of the page, labeled "View this page in:".
- Select the language you want from the list.
- The page reloads in that language. The same set of 14 languages is available, so you can move between them at any time.
If you only need the English content, no action is required — English is the default presentation of the site.
Language choice when subscribing
The language selection matters again if you subscribe to the mailing list:
- Enter your first name, last name, and a valid email address.
- Choose which newsletter(s) you want: Friday Prayer Points or Watchmen from Jerusalem (you must select at least one).
- Choose at least one language from the same 14-language list.
- Submit the form.
Selecting a language here tells the ministry which language edition of the updates to send you, so pick the one you actually read.
Why the multilingual support matters
The site's stated purpose is to call believers to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" (Psalm 122:6), and its resources — prayer points, newsletters, teachings, and videos — are aimed at a global audience of intercessors. Offering the site and the subscription in 14 languages lets non-English-speaking readers follow the Friday prayer updates and other materials in their own language rather than relying on translation.
Common points to check
- The language selector and the subscription language list are separate controls; changing one does not automatically change the other.
- The subscription form will not submit unless you pick at least one newsletter and at least one language.
- A few resources are noted as available in more than one language — for example, the Mortal Danger booklet is offered in English and Finnish — so if a specific item is not in your language, check whether an alternate edition exists.
