Which GTA Games Are Supported on GTASnP.com?
Updated
GTASnP.com accepts save files for GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, GTA IV, and GTA V. Red Dead Redemption 2 saves and pre-1.06 San Andreas mobile saves are no longer accepted for upload. The site's Supported Games page is the authoritative list of what save types are allowed, so check it before uploading if your save comes from an unusual platform or version.
Supported games
The site's navigation lists these games as supported:
- GTA III
- GTA Vice City
- GTA San Andreas
- GTA IV
- GTA V
What is no longer accepted
An update posted September 27, 2026 announced that the site stopped accepting uploads of:
- RDR 2 saves — the data is encrypted and not readable by the site. This led to non-save files being uploaded disguised as RDR 2 or GTA V saves, so support was removed until the saves can be decrypted.
- Pre-1.06 San Andreas mobile saves — these were never properly readable because they contain extra data that is difficult to filter out. The underlying issue was fixed over 10 years ago with version 1.06 of the game.
Existing saves of these types remain available for now, but no new ones are being taken.
GTA V support may improve
GTA V is still listed as supported, and the site says it recently received information that might allow it to read GTA V save data. A large site update is in progress; if testing goes well, it will include better GTA V support such as stats, mission progress, and a collectible map. There is currently no ETA for that update.
Before you upload
- Confirm your game and save version against the Supported Games page.
- Use the upload page to select a file or drag and drop it.
- If the standard uploader does not work, a classic upload form is available as a fallback.
Two things to keep in mind about how the service works: all uploaded files are made public and anonymous, and new uploads expire and are automatically deleted 30 days after their last download.
