What Can Alumni Do on the William & Mary Alumni Association Website?

wmalumni.com is the official website of the William & Mary Alumni Association. It serves as a central hub for alumni to update contact information, register for events, join the One Network career platform, browse the alumni directory, connect with regional and affinity groups, read the alumni magazine, and explore the Alumni Journeys travel program. It is most useful if you are a W&M graduate or friend of the university looking to stay connected, volunteer, network, or access alumni benefits.

Manage Your Alumni Profile and Giving

The site's top navigation includes direct links to:

• Update Your Info — keep your contact details current so you receive event invitations and magazine issues.
• Give Now — make a gift to the university.
• Volunteer — sign up for volunteer opportunities.

These are the first actions to take if you have lost touch with the university or want to start receiving communications again.

Register for Events and Homecoming

The Upcoming Events section lists current and upcoming gatherings. Examples from the site include:

• Voter Engagement Info Station
• Welcome to the City events in Baltimore and Philadelphia
• Founder Roundtable
• W&M@Work L.A. Entertainment Networking Reception

Registration is open for Homecoming & Reunion Weekend, and the site notes that the 2026 Homecoming Grand Marshal is William "Bill" Schermerhorn '82, who will lead the parade on Oct. 23.

If you want to attend in person, check the events list for dates and registration links.

Build Career Connections with One Network

The site promotes One Network as "Your Home for Career Connections," with thousands of alumni participating. Related career resources include:

Find Alumni Through the Directory and Groups

The Get Involved menu includes:

• Alumni Directory — look up fellow graduates.
• Regional Networks — connect with alumni in your geographic area.
• Affinity & Identity Groups — join communities based on shared backgrounds or interests.
• Admission Insights — support prospective students.
• Awards and Recognition — nominate or learn about alumni awards.

Use these if you want to reconnect with classmates or plug into a local alumni community.

Read the Alumni Magazine and Online Exclusives

The Alumni Magazine current issue features stories such as:

Online Exclusives add timely content, including career outcome data for the Class of 2025, Kudos! career news, and alumni features. The magazine and exclusives are free to read on the site.

Explore Alumni Journeys Travel

Alumni Journeys is the association's exclusive travel program, described as "designed for adventurous alumni and friends with meticulously curated travel experiences." If you enjoy group travel with an educational focus, this section lists available trips.

Access Benefits and Services

The Hospitality & Services and Exclusive Benefits sections cover:

• Alumni House rentals and weddings
• Memorial Garden
• Exclusive gifts, bricks, license plates, and downloads
• Transcripts and library resources

These are practical resources if you need official documents, want to book a venue, or purchase W&M-branded items.
