Is the Empire Earth Series Available on Steam?

Updated

Yes. According to a news post on Empire Earth Heaven, the entire Empire Earth series has been released on Steam for the first time. The post, published May 29, 2026, states that Rebellion released the collection on Steam on May 26, and that it includes Empire Earth: Gold Edition, Empire Earth II: Gold Edition, and Empire Earth III, offered together in the Empire Earth Collection bundle.

What the Steam release includes

The announcement lists three titles:

  • Empire Earth: Gold Edition
  • Empire Earth II: Gold Edition
  • Empire Earth III

These are available together as the Empire Earth Collection bundle. The post also links to the Steam page for Empire Earth: Gold Edition at https://store.steampowered.com/app/254760/Empire_Earth_Gold_Edition/.

Where this information comes from

The details above come from a news item on Empire Earth Heaven, a HeavenGames gaming community site. The post was written by Philla007 and dated May 29, 2026. It describes the Steam release as "big news for all Empire Earth fans" and notes that the series is "finally" available on Steam after many years.

The same site also hosts community features referenced alongside the news, including:

  • Forums – for discussion and questions
  • Game FAQ – for answers to common questions
  • Game Information sections covering Units, Buildings, and Technologies
  • Gallery Pictures
  • A link to Empire Earth 2 Heaven for the later version of the franchise

What to check before buying

The announcement does not state pricing, regional availability, system requirements, or whether each title is sold separately. If those details matter to you, check the individual Steam store pages rather than relying on the news post. The post also does not confirm whether the Steam versions include expansions beyond what the Gold Edition naming implies, so verify contents on the store listing.

For community discussion about the release — including which of EE1, EE2, or EE3 players prefer — the Empire Earth Heaven forums are the place the announcement points to.
