Lattin Farms Hours and Seasons: What to Know Before You Go

Updated

Lattin Farms runs on two distinct schedules: a Summer Season through September 25 and a Fall Season from September 26 to October 31. The farm is closed on Sundays year-round, and the two seasons differ in both opening time and closing time — so the date of your visit determines which hours apply.

Summer Season Hours (now through September 25)

Day Hours
Monday–Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday Closed

One detail worth planning around: baked goods are available starting at 10:00 am on Saturdays during the summer season, an hour after the market opens. If baked goods are the reason for your trip, arriving at 9:00 am means waiting.

Fall Season Hours (September 26 – October 31)

Day Hours
Monday–Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday Closed

Note that the fall schedule applies to the Growers Market. The Fall Festival itself runs on a different clock — see below.

The Fall Festival Schedule Is Separate

The Fall Festival begins Saturday, September 26 and continues every Friday and Saturday through October 31, with hours of 10:00 am until 8:30 pm. That is a much later close than the 5:00 pm fall market hours, so if you are visiting on a Friday or Saturday in October, confirm which part of the farm you plan to be at before you set a departure time.

The farm also sells entrance tickets for the festival and takes reservations for private firepits, which are booked in 3-hour blocks with firewood supplied. Both are separate from market admission, so a market visit does not automatically include festival access.

What Changes Between Seasons

  • Opening time: 9:00 am in summer, 10:00 am in fall on weekdays.
  • Closing time: 6:00 pm weekdays in summer versus 5:00 pm in fall; Saturday drops from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Sunday: closed in both seasons, with no exceptions listed.
  • Season switch date: September 25 is the last summer-season day; September 26 is the first fall-season day.

Common Trip-Planning Mistakes

  • Assuming Saturday hours stay the same. Summer Saturdays close at 4:00 pm, fall Saturdays at 5:00 pm — the direction of the change is easy to misremember.
  • Showing up on a Sunday. Both published schedules list Sunday as closed.
  • Confusing market hours with festival hours. On fall Fridays and Saturdays, the festival runs until 8:30 pm while the market closes at 5:00 pm.
  • Expecting baked goods at opening. During summer, they are available from 10:00 am on Saturdays.

Before You Drive Out

Hours are published by season rather than by individual date, and the farm lists job openings for the Fall Festival, which suggests staffing and event details can shift. If your visit depends on a specific window — a firepit reservation, a festival ticket time, or a Saturday baked-goods run — check the farm's own pages for the current season before leaving.
