How to Contact Open Circle Theatre or Subscribe to Its Email List

Updated

You can reach Open Circle Theatre by phone, email, or mail at its Rockville, Maryland office, and you can join its email list through the subscribe link on the website. These are the two main ways to get in touch or stay informed, based on the contact details published on opencircletheatre.org.

Contact Open Circle Theatre

The site lists a single office location and two direct contact channels.

Method Details
Office address 500 King Farm Blvd., #102, Rockville, MD 20850
Voice 240/683-8934
Email [email protected]

The website also has a Contact Us page, which is the main route the organization points visitors to for reaching out. If you are unsure which channel to use, start there.

When to use each option

  • Phone — best for time-sensitive questions or when you want to speak with someone directly during office hours.
  • Email — best for detailed inquiries, volunteer interest, or anything you want in writing.
  • Mail — use the Rockville address for formal correspondence or materials you need to send physically.

Subscribe to the Email List

Open Circle Theatre invites visitors to join its email list. The site states: "Join our email list! Click here to subscribe to our email list." The subscribe link appears on the site alongside a newsletter sign-up prompt.

To subscribe:

  1. Go to opencircletheatre.org.
  2. Find the email list or newsletter sign-up prompt.
  3. Click the subscribe link.
  4. Enter your email address and submit the form.

The site does not publish details about email frequency, what content subscribers receive, or how to unsubscribe, so treat the sign-up as a general way to receive organizational updates.

Other Ways to Get Involved

Beyond contact and email, the site highlights two related paths:

  • Volunteering — Open Circle Theatre says it "relies heavily on volunteers" and asks people to share their time and talents.
  • The Hive — a community for disabled and d/Deaf artists to support each other's careers, grow their network, and share experiences. The site has a dedicated Hive page and a "Join today!" prompt.

If your goal is to connect with the organization's artistic community rather than just receive updates, The Hive is the relevant entry point; for general questions or administrative matters, use the phone, email, or Contact Us page.
