What Is the Toronto Maple Leafs Fan Zone (Fan Access) Website?

Updated

leafsnation.mapleleafs.com is the Toronto Maple Leafs' official fan hub, branded Fan Zone. It gathers the things fans typically look for in one place: tickets, team schedule, news, video, shop links, in-game experiences, contests, games, and the Fan Access program (formerly Leafs Insider). It is a fan-facing site rather than a stats or news publication — its job is to route you to tickets, team content, and fan perks.

What you'll find on the site

The page is organized around a navigation bar and a set of fan-focused blocks:

Section What it does
Tickets Entry point for buying Maple Leafs tickets
Team Schedule Game dates and matchups
News Team news updates
Video Team video content
Shop Merchandise
In-Game Experiences Fan experiences tied to attending games
Request Birthday Messages Submit a request for a birthday message
In-Game Assist Help during a game (links to Scotiabank Arena fan experience info)
Arrival Updates Updates for getting to the arena
Parking Parking information
Lost & Found Reporting and recovering lost items

Several of these — In-Game Assist, Parking, Arrival Updates, Lost & Found, and Plan Your Visit — point to Scotiabank Arena's visitor pages rather than staying on the Leafs site, so expect to leave the fan hub when you use them.

Fan Access: the membership-style program

The headline fan feature is Fan Access, described on the page as "your front row seat for exclusive team offers, content, giveaways and more." It was previously called Leafs Insider, so if you remember that name, it's the same program. There's a "JOIN NOW" action to sign up.

If your goal is giveaways, exclusive offers, or extra team content, this is the part of the site to use. The page does not state a price or membership cost, so treat any cost or eligibility terms as something to confirm at sign-up.

Contests, games, and the app

  • Contests: The page says to check back during the 2026–2027 Toronto Maple Leafs season for contests and promotions — meaning contests aren't running year-round and are tied to the season calendar.
  • Games: There are playable leaderboard games with a "Play Now" action, positioned as a chance to top the leaderboard.
  • Official app: The site promotes downloading the official Toronto Maple Leafs app for more team content, giveaways, and game info.

Partner perks

The page highlights a Mastercard partnership: "Enjoy the perks of being a Mastercard holder with the Maple Leafs," with a Learn More link. If you hold a Mastercard, that section is worth checking for cardholder-specific benefits.

Who this site is for

Use leafsnation.mapleleafs.com if you want to:

  • Buy tickets or check the schedule
  • Follow team news and video
  • Join Fan Access for offers and giveaways
  • Enter contests or play leaderboard games during the season
  • Find arena logistics (parking, arrival, in-game assist, lost & found)

Skip it if you're looking for independent analysis, advanced statistics, or community discussion — this is the team's own fan-facing hub, and its content is promotional and logistical rather than analytical.
