Can I Still Browse or Order From the Charlotte Design Website?

Updated

No. The Charlotte Design website (charlotte-design.com) now shows only a closure notice — the page states "Charlotte Design is permanently closed." There is no catalog, cart, or ordering function available, and no pricing or payment information is presented. If you were hoping to browse products or place an order there, the site no longer supports either.

What You Will See If You Visit

The site has been reduced to a single message. Based on the page itself, expect:

  • A closure notice — the heading reads "Charlotte Design is permanently closed."
  • No navigation to products — no catalog, collections, or product listings are presented.
  • No cart or checkout — there is no way to add items or complete a purchase.
  • No pricing or payment details — no prices, payment platforms, or ordering instructions appear.

In short, the domain is still reachable, but it functions only as an announcement that the business has shut down.

Why the Site Says "Permanently Closed"

"Permanently closed" is a definitive status, not a temporary pause. The wording on the page indicates the business has ceased operations rather than being down for maintenance or a seasonal break. The site does not provide a reopening date, a redirect to a new store, or contact details for future orders — so there is nothing on the page suggesting the closure is reversible.

What This Means for You

If you wanted to… What to expect
Browse the product range Not possible — no catalog is shown
Check prices Not possible — no pricing information is presented
Place or track an order No ordering or account functions are available on the site
Find a new location or successor store The page provides no redirect or contact information

Practical Next Steps

  • If you have an open order or payment issue, the website itself offers no support channel, so you will need to rely on whatever contact or transaction records you already have from the business.
  • If you are looking for similar products, treat Charlotte Design as unavailable and search for alternative sources rather than waiting for the site to return.
  • If you land on the domain later, expect the same closure notice unless the page changes; there is currently no indication of a relaunch.

The key takeaway: charlotte-design.com is an informational dead end for shopping. It confirms the business is permanently closed and offers no browsing, ordering, pricing, or contact options.
