How Bulk Discounts Work for Tumbled Stones at Gary's Gem Garden

Updated

Gary's Gem Garden offers tiered bulk discounts on tumbled stones: buy 5–9 of the same tumbled stone and get 10% off your order, or buy 10–12 of the same stone and get 20% off. The discount applies to items on the store's Tumbled Stones page, and the qualifying count is based on buying multiples of the same stone rather than mixing different varieties.

The Two Discount Tiers

Quantity of the same tumbled stone Discount
5–9 10% off your order
10–12 20% off your order

The store frames this as a way to "see what you can get at a fraction of the cost" by heading to the Tumbled Stones page and buying in quantity.

What Counts Toward the Discount

Two conditions matter when you're planning a purchase:

  • Same stone, not mixed. The tiers are written as "the same tumbled stone," so the count is per variety. Five different stones at one each would not obviously qualify the way five of one stone would.
  • The Tumbled Stones page. The discount is tied to that specific section of the site, not to chains, jewelry, or other categories.

How to Use It

  1. Go to the Tumbled Stones page on garysgemgarden.com.
  2. Pick a single stone variety you want.
  3. Add 5–9 units to your cart for 10% off, or 10–12 units for 20% off.
  4. Confirm the discount reflects at checkout.

The site lists the offer with an asterisk ("Buy 10-12, get 20% off your order!*"), which typically signals additional terms — check the cart or contact the store to confirm how the discount is applied before relying on it for a large order.

Other Ways to Save or Shop

Beyond tumbled stone discounts, the store notes it buys gold, silver, platinum, and diamonds, and offers jewelry repair and custom design services. If you can't visit the New Jersey retail location, the website is the alternative, and new items are added almost daily.

When This Deal Makes Sense

The bulk tiers are worth using if you already want several pieces of one tumbled stone — for gifts, crafting, or resale. If you only need one or two stones, or you want a mix of varieties, the discount structure won't help much, and you're better off buying exactly what you need. For current pricing, availability, and any terms behind the asterisk, check the product pages directly or call or text the store at (856)-795-5077.
