How do I choose the right Kramp country or language shop?

Pick the shop that matches where you are buying from, then pick the language you want to browse in. Kramp runs separate online shop entries by country, and some countries have more than one language version, so the choice is two steps: country first, language second. If your country has only one listed language, choosing the country takes you straight to that shop.

How the Kramp shop selector works

The Kramp language selector presents a country list and a language list. The country list includes Andorra, België, Česká republika, Deutschland, Danmark, España, Estonia, France, Hrvatska, Ireland, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Magyarország, Nederland, Norge, Österreich, Polska, Portugal, România, Российская Федерация, Schweiz, Suomi, Slovensko, Sverige, Slovenija, Україна, United Kingdom, and Other. The language list includes English and Continue.

Each country option maps to a shop path that already contains the country and language code, for example:

Countries such as België, Schweiz, and Polska appear with multiple language paths, while others such as Ireland and the United Kingdom appear with a single English path in the list shown.

Steps to reach the right shop

1. Open the Kramp site and go to the language/country selector (the page heading is "Choose your language").
2. In the country list, select the country you are ordering from or the country shop you want to use.
3. In the language list, select the language you want the shop in. If the country has several language versions, choose the one you read most comfortably.
4. Select Continue to load the shop for that country and language combination.

Expected result: you land on the shop path for your chosen country and language, such as /shop-nl/nl for Nederland in Dutch or /shop-fr/fr for France in French, and can continue browsing that shop.

Choosing between country and language

• Choose by country when delivery location, local assortment, or country-specific terms matter most.
• Choose by language when you can use any country shop but want the interface and product information in a language you understand.
• If your country offers only one language in the list, the two choices collapse into one — just pick the country.
• If your country is not listed separately, use Other and then select a language to continue.

Common sticking points

• Multiple languages, one country: België, Schweiz, and Polska each have more than one language path, so picking the country alone is not enough — you still need to choose the language.
• Same language, different countries: English appears for Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Polska (/shop-pl/en), so confirm the country part of the path matches where you are buying from.
• Country not in the list: the "Other" option plus a language selection is the fallback when your country is not shown.
• Verifying you are in the right place: check the shop path in the address — the country code comes first, the language code second (for example /shop-de/de for Deutschland in German).
