How do I join or log in to Aberdeenshire R.F.C.'s website?

Updated

Aberdeenshire R.F.C.'s website (aberdeenshirerfc.com) has a Login page that offers two paths: Create Account for new users and Login for existing ones. There is also a Join link in the main navigation. If you already have an account but forgot your password, a Forgotten your password? link is available, and you can also sign in with Facebook.

Getting to the login and join options

The site's main navigation includes Join and Login alongside Home, Matches, Teams, News, Shop, Media, Contact, Lottery and Information. The login page itself presents:

  • Create Account — for setting up a new account
  • Login — for existing accounts
  • Email address and Password fields
  • Forgotten your password? — password recovery
  • Login with facebook — social sign-in option

Creating an account

  1. Open the Login page (or select Join from the main navigation).
  2. Choose Create Account.
  3. Enter your email address and a password.
  4. Submit the form to register.

Once registered, you can use the same email and password on the Login form.

Logging in to an existing account

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Enter the Email address and Password associated with your account.
  3. Select Login.

If you prefer not to use a password, select Login with facebook instead.

If you forget your password

Select Forgotten your password? on the login page and follow the prompts to recover access. The site does not publish further detail on the recovery steps, so the exact process depends on what the form asks for after you click the link.

What an account gives you

The site does not state explicitly what a registered account unlocks. The visible content — news, matches, teams, media, shop and lottery information — is presented on public pages, while Login and Join sit in the main navigation. Treat registration as the route the club provides for members and supporters to sign in, and check with the club directly if you need to confirm what membership or account access includes.

Club contact details

If you have questions about joining the club rather than the website, the site lists:

Woodside Sports Complex, Station Road, Aberdeen, Aberdeen City, AB24 2UL

The Contact link in the main navigation leads to the club's contact information.
