How FullEnrich's Waterfall Enrichment Works
Updated
FullEnrich is a B2B contact data platform that finds work emails and mobile phone numbers by querying more than 20 premium data vendors in sequence rather than relying on a single source. When you submit a lead, it runs that lead through one provider after another until a verified email or phone number is returned, then stops. The company reports an 80%+ find rate and states that 31.53% of the data it buys fails its own verification and never reaches your account or invoice. This approach suits teams that need higher coverage than a single vendor provides, especially when prospecting across multiple regions.
What "waterfall" means here
A waterfall is a sequential fallback chain. Instead of buying one database and accepting its coverage ceiling, FullEnrich queries vendor A, then vendor B, then vendor C, and so on. The first vendor that returns a valid result for a given contact ends the search for that contact.
Two consequences follow:
- Coverage compounds. Each provider covers a different slice of the market. Chaining them means a contact missed by one source can still be found by another.
- Cost stays controlled. You pay for the enrichment, not for every vendor query, so you access 20+ sources without 20+ subscriptions.
FullEnrich describes this as "20+ Data Sources For The Price Of 1" — a single account, interface, and subscription covering vendors such as Clearbit, Wiza, ContactOut, Anymail Finder, Hunter, and Snov.
The enrichment flow, step by step
- You supply input. This can be a name plus company, a CSV or Excel upload, a HubSpot list, an inbound email, or a search based on your ideal customer profile (ICP).
- FullEnrich selects vendors by location. The platform picks providers based on where your leads are, aiming for the best find rate per region.
- Vendors are queried in sequence. Each provider is checked until a result is returned.
- Verification runs before delivery. Emails pass through triple verification (three independent engines must agree; one disagreement removes the email), catch-all resolution, and a per-email bounce probability.
- You receive verified contacts. Invalid data is filtered out before it reaches you or your invoice.
Reported coverage and accuracy
FullEnrich publishes regional find rates and accuracy figures:
| Region | Reported find rate |
|---|---|
| US & Canada | 77% |
| EMEA | 71%–84% |
| LATAM | 71%–84% |
| APAC | 71%–84% |
On accuracy, the platform reports that 31.53% of purchased data fails verification and is discarded. It also states that invalid data shares dropped from 25% in 2024 to 13% today. Every delivered email carries its own bounce probability, so you can estimate expected bounce rate before sending.
For phone numbers, FullEnrich is mobile-first: you only pay for mobile numbers, not landlines.
Where it fits in your workflow
FullEnrich connects to the tools teams already use, so there is no separate surface to learn:
- CRM — sync a list from HubSpot
- API — programmatic enrichment
- MCP — for AI agents
- No-code — CSV/Excel uploads and manual entry
- Inbound emails — enrich leads as they arrive
What to check before committing
- Free tier limits. FullEnrich offers 50 leads for free with no credit card required, which is enough to test find rates on your own list before paying.
- Compliance. The platform states GDPR and CCPA compliance — relevant if you prospect in regulated markets.
- Pricing. Current pricing is listed on the FullEnrich pricing page; check it directly since plan details and rates change.
- Region fit. If your ICP is concentrated in one region, compare the published find rate for that region against your current vendor's results.
The practical test is simple: upload a sample of leads you already know the answers for, run them through FullEnrich, and compare the find rate and bounce probability against your existing source.
