How much does it cost to race at Winchester Speedpark and how do I sign up?

You sign up in person during posted sign-up windows or pre-register online — and each race day has its own separate pre-registration link, so you must register for the correct day.

How to sign up

You have two paths: pre-register online, or sign up in person at the track.

Pre-registration (recommended)

  • Use the pre-registration link on the WSP site.
  • Register for the correct races — each day has a separate link, so a Saturday registration does not cover Sunday.
  • Signing up before Sunday morning is strongly encouraged.

In-person sign-up and check-in times

  • Friday: 2pm–8pm
  • Saturday: 7am–1pm
  • Sunday: 6:30am–8am

Hard deadlines you can't miss

  • Stacyc racers: must be signed up by 12:30pm Saturday — no exceptions.
  • All on-track races: must be signed up by 1pm Saturday — no exceptions. WSP finalizes the race order at 1:30pm.
  • Sunday racing starts at 8am with one sight lap to finish before daylight runs out.

Gate times for a race weekend

  • Friday: 1pm–10pm
  • Saturday: 6am–10pm
  • Sunday: 6am

Practical notes before you go

  • Parking is monitored on busy weekends. Park awning to awning, no saving spots, and if you want to park together you must arrive together.
  • Don't block the driveway to Winchester Motorsports — it stays open for customers.
  • Don't arrive before 1pm Friday — there is no gate person before then.
  • Bring a credit card or cash if you're renting a transponder, since the $400 collateral can be held either way.

For current event dates, results, rules, and forms, check the WSP site directly, since the schedule and links change by race weekend.
