How to Access USAMV Cluj-Napoca's Public Documents, Charter and Strategic Plan

Open the university website at usamvcluj.ro and use the Universitatea menu. The public documents are grouped under Documente publice (charter and regulations), Programe și strategii (operational plan, strategic development plan 2024–2029, management contract 2024–2029) and Raportul Rectorului. The strategic plan is published as a PDF at https://www.usamvcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Plan-Strategic-de-dezvoltare-a-USAMVCN-2024-2029.pdf, and the operational plan has its own page at https://www.usamvcluj.ro/universitatea/documente-publice/plan-oprerational/. No login is indicated for these pages.

  1. Go to https://www.usamvcluj.ro.
  2. In the main menu, select Universitatea. The submenu lists governance bodies (Misiune, Istorie, Organizare, Senat, Consiliul de Administraţie) and the document sections.
