How to Contact Aberdeenshire R.F.C. or Visit Woodside Sports Complex

Updated

Aberdeenshire R.F.C. is based at Woodside Sports Complex, Station Road, Aberdeen, Aberdeen City, AB24 2UL. The club's website provides a Contact link in its main navigation for enquiries, and the same footer area links to Information and Policies pages. Use the Contact route for general club enquiries, and the postal address above if you are travelling to the ground or sending anything by mail.

Contacting the Club

The site's navigation includes a Contact entry alongside Home, Matches, Teams, News, Shop, Media, Lottery, and Information. That is the starting point for getting in touch with the club.

  • General enquiries: use the Contact page linked in the main menu.
  • Policies and formal information: the footer lists Information and Policies, which sit alongside the club's own site links.
  • Account or website issues: the footer also carries a Help Centre, plus About, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Manage Consents links. These relate to the platform powering the site rather than club matters.

The site does not publish a phone number, email address, or contact form fields in the material available here, so the Contact page itself is the place to look for the current method of reaching the club.

Visiting Woodside Sports Complex

The full address given on the site is:

Woodside Sports Complex Station Road Aberdeen Aberdeen City AB24 2UL

If you are planning a visit around a fixture, check the Matches section first for scheduled games, and the Teams section for squad and age-group information. The site also hosts Videos & Photos albums and clips, which can give you a sense of the ground and matchday atmosphere before you travel.

What Else the Site Offers

Beyond contact details, the homepage surfaces several areas that may answer questions before you need to make contact:

Section What it covers

Teams Club teams and age groups
News Club updates, including fundraising and anniversary items
Shop Club merchandise
Media Videos and photo albums
Lottery Fundraising club lottery
Information Club information pages

The site also lists Club Sponsors and Affiliations, and carries news items such as a fundraising club lottery update, a 150th anniversary thank-you, an annual youth report, and 150th anniversary glassware available by order.

Practical Notes

  • The site is powered by Pitch Hero Ltd (© 2008–2026), which is why footer links such as Help Centre, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy appear.
  • A Login and Create Account option is available if you need an account, for example to join or manage lottery participation.
  • For anything not covered by the pages above, the Contact link remains the correct route.
