Contacting Meridian Fence Supply Directly

Fax 518.374.1090
Email [email protected]

Who should call vs. who should use Find a Contractor

  • Contractors and dealers: Contact Meridian directly. The company describes itself as a manufacturer, wholesaler, and custom fabricator supplying fence materials to partners, so trade inquiries go through the main phone line or email.
  • Homeowners and property owners: If you need someone to design and install a fence rather than buy materials, use the Find a Contractor resource instead of calling the supply line.

Using the Find a Contractor Resource

The website includes a Find a Contractor link in both the main navigation and the Resources section. This is the intended path for connecting with installation professionals who work with Meridian's products.

To use it:

  1. Go to the Meridian Fence Supply website.
  2. Select Find a Contractor from the navigation menu or the Resources area.
  3. Follow the listing or referral information provided there to identify a contractor for your project.

The site does not specify how the contractor list is filtered or whether it covers every county, so confirm that a contractor serves your location before committing.

Service Area: Check Whether You Are Covered

Meridian states it serves New York and Massachusetts areas and lists these counties:

  • Albany County
  • Columbia County
  • Fulton County
  • Montgomery County
  • Rensselaer County
  • Saratoga County
  • Schenectady County
  • Schoharie County
  • Warren County

If your project falls outside these counties, call or email to ask whether delivery or supply is available in your area. The company describes its coverage as "growing," so the listed counties may not be the full current range.

What Meridian Supplies

Knowing the product line helps you ask the right questions when you make contact. Meridian manufactures and supplies:

  • Vinyl fencing
  • FenceCraft fencing
  • Aluminum fencing
  • Chain link fencing
  • Gates and accessories

The company also offers custom fabrication, which matters if your project needs non-standard sizes or designs. When you call, describe your project type and dimensions so the team can tell you whether it is a stock or custom order.
