EnglishHow to Get From the Jacksonville University MBB Season Tickets Splash Page to the Main Athletics Site
Updated
The page at judolphins.com is a splash page for Jacksonville University men's basketball (MBB) season tickets, not the full athletics website. To reach the main site, select "Continue to Home" on the splash page. If the page does not load or behave as expected, an ad blocker is the most likely cause — the site displays an ad blocker detection notice and asks visitors to consider turning it off.
What the splash page actually is
A splash page is an entry screen that appears before the main site. It is not a ticket purchase page, a seating map, or a schedule — it is a gateway. The page title identifies it as "MBB Season Tickets," and the visible content is limited to a heading, the "Continue to Home" option, and the ad blocker notice.
This matters because visitors searching for season ticket prices, seat selection, or game dates may land here and assume the information is missing. It is not missing; it simply sits behind the entry screen.
Steps to reach the main athletics site
- Open judolphins.com. The splash page loads first.
- Select "Continue to Home." This is the labeled option on the page that moves you past the splash screen.
- Expect the full Jacksonville University athletics site to load. Once through, you are on the official athletics website rather than the single-purpose entry page.
- If the page stalls or the option does not respond, check your ad blocker. The page runs an ad blocker detection script and states that ad-blocking software "hinders our ability to serve you the content you came here to enjoy." Disabling it for this site and reloading is the standard fix.
What to expect after continuing
The splash page gives no detail about what the home page contains, so treat the following as general expectations for an official university athletics site rather than confirmed features of this one:
- Sport navigation, typically including men's basketball
- Ticket information, which is where season ticket details would live
- Schedules, rosters, and news
If your goal is specifically MBB season tickets, the ticket section of the main site is the place to look after continuing — the splash page itself does not present pricing, seat maps, or purchase options.
Common snags
| Situation | Likely cause | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Splash page loads but nothing happens when you continue | Ad blocker interfering with the page script | Disable the ad blocker for judolphins.com and reload |
| You expected ticket prices on the first screen | The splash page is an entry point, not a ticket page | Continue to the home page, then navigate to tickets |
| Page appears blank or partially loaded | Content blocked before the redirect completes | Turn off the blocker, then reload the page |
Key takeaway
judolphins.com is a single entry screen for Jacksonville University MBB season tickets, and "Continue to Home" is the way through to the full athletics site. If that step fails, the ad blocker notice on the page points to the most probable cause — disable it for this site and try again.
