How to Log In to Datalore and Get Support
Updated
Datalore is a collaborative data science platform for Jupyter notebooks, and access starts from its login page. If you already have an account, you can sign in with a JetBrains Account or with Google. If you don't have one yet, the same page offers account creation. Password recovery and support resources are also linked from there.
Logging in to Datalore
The login page presents these options:
- Log in with JetBrains Account — for users who have a JetBrains Account.
- Log in with Google — for users who prefer signing in with their Google credentials.
- Create an account — shown under "Not signed up yet?" for new users.
- Forgot your password? — a recovery link for users who can't remember their credentials.
Steps
- Open the Datalore login page.
- Choose your sign-in method: JetBrains Account or Google.
- If you don't have an account, select Create an account and complete registration.
- If you can't sign in, use Forgot your password? to recover access.
On-premises deployments
Datalore is also available as Datalore On-Premises, which supports connecting identity providers such as Okta, SAML, and AzureAD. If your organization runs Datalore On-Premises, your login flow may go through your company's identity provider rather than the standard options above.
Getting support
The login page links to several support and learning channels:
| Channel | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Support | Direct help with issues |
| Documentation | Product guides and reference material |
| Community forum | Discussions with other users |
| Blog | News and articles |
Pricing
Datalore has a dedicated pricing page at https://www.jetbrains.com/datalore/buy/. Check that page for current plans and terms, since the available details here don't specify what each plan includes.
