How to Order Zingaresca Ensemble's New CD

Updated

Zingaresca Ensemble's new CD can be ordered directly through the "Order Today!" link on zingaresca.info, which takes you to a PayPal checkout page. That is the only purchase path described on the site, so if you want the disc, that link is where to start.

What the site tells you about ordering

The homepage promotes the release with a "New CD!" heading followed by an "Order Today!" link. The link points to a PayPal instant checkout URL, meaning payment is handled through PayPal rather than a form on the ensemble's own site.

Steps to place an order

  1. Go to zingaresca.info.
  2. Find the "New CD!" section and click "Order Today!".
  3. You land on a PayPal checkout page. Sign in to PayPal or use PayPal's guest checkout if it is offered there.
  4. Confirm the item and complete payment.
  5. Keep the PayPal receipt — it is your record of the transaction, since the site itself does not describe a separate order-confirmation process.

Expected result: a completed PayPal payment for the CD. Any follow-up about shipping would come through PayPal or the contact channel listed on the site.

Things to check before you pay

  • Price and currency. The page does not list a price, so confirm the amount on the PayPal screen before confirming payment.
  • Shipping address. Make sure the address PayPal passes along is correct, since the site gives no separate shipping form.
  • International orders. Nothing on the page states which countries are shipped to. If you are outside the ensemble's home region, it is worth asking before paying.
  • Digital vs. physical. The page only refers to a CD, so do not assume a download is included.

If you want to ask first

The site lists a contact option alongside its educational programs. Use it for questions the page does not answer — price, shipping destinations, delivery times, or whether the CD is available at performances. That is faster than guessing from the checkout page alone.

About the release

Zingaresca Ensemble formed in 2006 and brings together Romani guitar virtuoso Vadim Kolpakov, seven-string guitar revivalist Oleg Timofeyev, and Juilliard-trained baritone Anton Belov. Their repertoire draws on Romani, Jewish, and Eastern European traditions, and the name itself comes from the Italian word meaning "in a Gypsy style." The new CD is the ensemble's current release offered for sale on the site.
