How to Request a Quote or Brochure from VIP Golf Academy

You can request information from VIP Golf Academy through three published channels: the "Get a Free Golf School Quote" option on the website, the downloadable 2026 brochure (a PDF linked from the site), and the phone line at 804.334.9868. The quote request is the right starting point if you want pricing and scheduling for a specific school or location; the brochure is better if you are still comparing programs. The site also lists a separate inquiry path for international golf excursions.

Request a Free Quote

This is the main path for anyone ready to ask about cost, dates, or a specific location.

1. Go to vipgolfacademy.com.
2. Use the "GET A FREE GOLF SCHOOL QUOTE" call-to-action on the page.
3. Provide the details the form asks for — typically your contact information, the location or school you're interested in, and your group size or lesson type (group vs. private).
4. Submit and wait for a follow-up from the academy.

Expected result: a personalized quote covering the school you asked about. Because the site advertises both group and private instruction across many locations, naming a specific location (Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Las Vegas, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, or South Carolina) will get you a more useful answer than a general inquiry.

Common snag: the quote is described as free, but no prices are published on the page, so don't expect a rate card before you submit. If you need a number quickly, call instead.

Download the 2026 Brochure

The site links a brochure PDF: https://vipgolfacademy.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/VIP-Golf-Academy-2026-Brochure.pdf, labeled "DOWNLOAD OUR BROCHURE."

Use this when you want an overview of programs and locations before committing to a quote request. Open the link directly or right-click to save it. If the link fails, the file path suggests it is hosted on the academy's own WordPress site, so check the homepage for the current brochure button rather than guessing a new URL.

Call Directly

The published phone number is 804.334.9868. Calling is the fastest route if you have a narrow window — for example, a trip to a specific location on fixed dates — or if you want to confirm whether a particular pro or school is available. Have your preferred location, dates, and skill level ready; the academy states its pros are vetted to a consistent teaching approach, so you can also ask which instructor fits your goals.

International Excursions

The site includes a distinct prompt — "Interested in an international golf excursion?" — separate from the domestic school locations. If your interest is an overseas trip rather than a U.S. school, use that inquiry path rather than the standard quote form, since the domestic location list does not cover international programs.

Which Channel to Use

One caution: the site also links to a third-party shipping quote (Ship Sticks) for club shipping. That is a separate service, not a request to the academy — don't confuse it with the golf school quote.
