How to Reserve a Bowling Lane at Bowlero Online

Updated

You can reserve a lane on bowlero.com by searching for a center by city, state, or ZIP code, entering your party size (2–12 guests, with 6 bowlers per lane), and picking a date within the next 8 days. The site's lane reservation tool only accepts bookings up to 8 days in advance — if you need a date further out, or you're planning a group event rather than open bowling, use the separate event booking path instead.

Step-by-step: Reserve a Lane

  1. Go to bowlero.com and find the "Reserve a Lane" section on the homepage.
  2. Enter your location in the "Where do you want to bowl?" field — a city, state, or ZIP code. The site returns matching centers as you type (it shows "0 results available" if nothing matches, so try a nearby larger city if your town doesn't appear).
  3. Enter the number of guests. The selector runs from 2 to 12. The site notes 6 per lane, so a party of 7–12 will be split across two lanes.
  4. Select a date. The date picker allows reservations up to 8 days in advance — dates beyond that window won't be bookable through this tool.
  5. Confirm your reservation and watch for a confirmation. If you get stuck, the page offers a "Need help planning an event? Contact an Event Planner" link.

Expected result: a confirmed lane reservation for your chosen center, date, and party size.

What the Lane Tool Won't Cover

The 8-day window and 12-guest cap mean the lane tool is built for casual, near-term bowling. Two situations fall outside it:

Situation Where to go instead
Date more than 8 days away Event booking path (book up to 6 months in advance)
Group larger than 12, or a party/event "Book an Event" — kids parties, teen parties, corporate events, adult social events
Need planning help "Contact an Event Planner" link on the homepage

Event bookings are a separate flow: you search for a center, choose an event type, and pick a date up to 6 months ahead — a much longer horizon than the lane tool.

Current Promotions Worth Knowing

The homepage is running two offers at the time of this listing:

  • Holiday party gift card: Book a holiday party with code HOLIDAYGIFT and get an Amazon gift card — $75 for 10–25 guests, $125 for 26+ guests. Valid 10/5/26–11/1/26 for events held 11/2/26–1/31/27, one gift card per event.
  • Birthday star bowls free: Use code FALLBDAY for a kids or teen party; the birthday star bowls free. Valid through 11/30 for events held by 11/30.

Both apply to party/event bookings, not standard lane reservations, and carry terms and conditions — check them before booking.

Common Snags

  • No results for your location: the search needs a recognizable city, state, or ZIP. Try the nearest metro area.
  • Date greyed out or unavailable: you've likely hit the 8-day limit. Switch to the event booking flow if your date is further out.
  • Party of 13+: the guest selector stops at 12. Use "Book an Event" for larger groups.
  • Unsure which path fits: if it's a birthday, office outing, or anything with food and a reserved space, start with the event flow rather than the lane tool.
