What Are the Terms of the Memorable Moments Screenshot Promotion on Atlus West?

Updated

The Memorable Moments Screenshot Promotion on Atlus West (atlus.com) is a promotional event whose published terms state that no purchase is necessary and that participating means you fully and unconditionally accept Sega's Standard Promotion Rules. The homepage excerpt only summarizes these points and directs readers to the full terms, so the specific entry steps, dates, eligibility limits, and prizes must be confirmed in the complete Promotion details before you take part.

What the published terms establish

The terms and conditions page, dated May 22, 2025 and filed under the Atlus Community category, sets out three baseline rules:

  • No purchase necessary. You do not have to buy anything to enter, per the posted terms.
  • Acceptance by participation. Taking part in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, Sega's Standard Promotion Rules.
  • Defined terms carry over. Capitalized words and phrases not defined in the Promotion text take their definitions from the referenced Rules.

The excerpt ends by pointing to the full Promotion details, which is where the operative mechanics live.

What you still need to check in the full terms

Because the homepage text is a summary, confirm the following in the complete document before entering:

  1. Entry method — how a screenshot is submitted and through which channel.
  2. Promotion period — start and end dates, including time zone.
  3. Eligibility — age and residency requirements.
  4. Submission limits — how many entries are allowed per person.
  5. Judging and prizes — how winners are selected and what they receive.
  6. Rights to submissions — how your screenshot may be used.
  7. Privacy handling — what happens to the personal data you provide.

Practical cautions

  • The "no purchase necessary" line means entry is not conditioned on a purchase; it does not by itself describe how to enter.
  • Agreeing to the Rules is a condition of participation, so read the Standard Promotion Rules alongside the Promotion details rather than the summary alone.
  • The page also carries a newsletter signup with a double opt-in confirmation step; subscribing to the newsletter is a separate action from entering the Promotion.
