What Concerts and Festivals Take Place at Avila Beach Golf Resort?

Updated

Avila Beach Golf Resort hosts concerts and festivals on its beachfront sand, and the site lists specific upcoming shows with dates and detail links. As of the site's current listings, the announced events are Holo Holo Avila Beach on October 3, 2026, and Modest Mouse on October 22, 2026. If you want to know what's playing, the resort's UPCOMING EVENTS section is the place to check.

Announced Events

Event Date Where to find details
Holo Holo Avila Beach October 3, 2026 EVENT DETAILS link on the site
Modest Mouse October 22, 2026 EVENT DETAILS link on the site

Each listing pairs the event name and date with an EVENT DETAILS entry point, which is where you'd go for specifics beyond what the homepage shows.

What Kind of Venue It Is

The resort describes itself as a beach side venue for "the hottest concerts and festivals in Avila Beach," with performances held on the sand. That setting is the main draw: you're watching a show from the beach rather than a traditional indoor hall.

The same property also operates as a wedding and banquet venue, so it functions as a multi-use event site rather than a dedicated concert hall. The site separates these into distinct sections — Live Events for concerts and festivals, and Private Events for weddings and banquets.

How to Find Out What's On

  1. Go to avilabeachresort.com.
  2. Look for the UPCOMING EVENTS section, which lists event names and dates.
  3. Select EVENT DETAILS next to the event you're interested in for more information.

The homepage only surfaces the next events in the queue, so if you're planning further ahead, check back rather than assuming the current two listings are the full season.

Practical Notes

  • The site's event listings show dates but the homepage excerpt does not include ticket prices, on-sale times, or age policies — those would need to come from the EVENT DETAILS pages.
  • Booking a tee time is handled separately from events, by calling (805) 595-4000 or reserving online, so don't use the golf booking path for concert questions.
  • The resort sits about 3 miles off Highway 101, south of San Luis Obispo and northwest of Pismo Beach, which is useful context if you're deciding whether to drive in for a show.

If your goal is simply to know whether this is a concert venue and what's coming up, the answer is yes, it is — and the two currently listed shows are Holo Holo Avila Beach and Modest Mouse, both in October 2026.
