What Features Does Miwlo Include?
Updated
Miwlo bundles the core tools a team needs to plan and track work into one workspace: spaces, boards, lists, docs, community threads, and live chat. It's aimed at teams that want project management without a long setup or a pile of features they'll never touch. Every feature is available on every plan, and the workspace is free for up to 3 people.
One workspace, organized by Spaces
Each team gets its own Space — a home for that team's tasks, discussion, and docs. Spaces can be open to everyone or kept private, and roles can be restricted when you need tighter access. This is the container everything else lives inside, so a team's board, list, docs, and threads stay together instead of scattered across apps.
Two task views: Board and List
The same task group can be opened as either a board or a list, so people can switch views without switching tools.
| View | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Board view | Drag work across columns that match your own statuses; see who owns what at a glance | Visual, status-based tracking |
| List view | Every task in rows, with owners, due dates, and priority in view | People who think in rows and want a fast, focused list |
Because both views read the same underlying tasks, moving between them doesn't duplicate work.
Docs beside the tasks
Docs let you write specs, runbooks, and checklists right next to the tasks they describe. Instead of keeping documentation in a separate app, the writing lives in the same space as the work it supports.
Community threads for updates and decisions
Community provides threads for every space, where announcements, decisions, and questions stay easy to find. A practical example: when a meeting ends, action items can leave the room as tasks, each with an owner and a due date, so everyone sees what was agreed and nothing slips once the room empties.
Live chat for real-time talk
Live chat lets you message a teammate directly, see who's online, and share files without leaving the work. It keeps quick conversations inside the same workspace rather than in a separate messaging tool.
Additional built-in views
Beyond the main features, Miwlo also includes:
- Overview
- Assigned to me
- Personal notes
- Notifications
- Reports — showing what got done and what's late
What this means for choosing Miwlo
Miwlo's pitch is consolidation: boards, lists, docs, threads, and chat in one place, at one flat price per workspace rather than per seat. If your team is tired of stitching together a task tool, a docs tool, and a chat app — and wants something usable on day one — the feature set covers the basics without extra setup. If you need deep customization or specialized modules beyond planning, tracking, and discussion, that's worth weighing against your requirements.
