What Free Services Does MigAwards Include With Custom Trophy and Plaque Orders?

MigAwards includes four services at no extra charge on every order, big or small: free personalization (free engraving), free set-ups, free custom-design help, and access to a real person who knows your order. The shop states these apply whether you need one trophy or medals for an entire league. Same-day custom orders are also available if you call ahead.

The Free Services, One by One

Free personalization and free engraving

Every piece is engraved in the shop's own Hialeah facility. The site describes personalization and engraving as free on every order, with no separate engraving fee mentioned. For a plaque or trophy, this typically means the name, title, date, or short message you want on the piece is included in the listed price rather than billed as an add-on.

Free set-ups

Set-up is the work of preparing your text or design for the engraving or production process. MigAwards lists free set-ups on every order, so you are not charged a one-time setup fee before production begins.

Free custom-design help

If you do not have artwork or a clear layout, the team offers free custom-design assistance. This is useful when, for example, a league needs a consistent medal design across dozens of recipients, or a business wants a plaque layout that matches its logo.

A real person to talk to

The shop is family owned and operated, and the site says you can call and speak with someone who knows your order, in English or Spanish. That matters most for custom work, where a quick conversation about spelling, layout, or deadline can prevent a redo.

What Applies to Which Order Size

The site's wording is "every order, big or small," so the free services are not tied to a minimum quantity.

How to Use These Services

1. Choose a product or category. The shop organizes items into sports trophies and awards, corporate awards and employee recognition, academic awards and school trophies, a Diamond Collection, insert medals, and piano-finish plaques, plus picture plaques, glass and crystal, and medals and ribbons.
2. Prepare your text or request design help. If you have exact wording, bring it. If not, ask for the free custom-design service.
3. Confirm the details with a person. Call or visit to verify spelling, layout, and timing, especially for same-day requests.
4. Pick up locally in Hialeah if you prefer. The showroom is minutes from Miami International Airport, and local pickup skips shipping.

Expected result: your engraving, setup, and design work are handled without extra charges, and you leave with a finished piece or a confirmed pickup.

Common Snags to Plan Around

• Same-day orders require a call ahead. The site lists same-day custom orders as available, but only if you contact the shop first. Do not assume a walk-in same-day request will be accepted.
• Free services are not the same as free shipping. Local pickup in Hialeah is offered as an alternative to shipping; the site does not state that shipping is free.
• Prices shown are per item. Listed examples include a 8x10 walnut vertical picture plaque at $49.45, a 9x12 burgundy picture pocket plaque at $55.20, a 6x8 white picture pocket plaque at $34.50, a large flat-cut crystal apple at $48.07, and a value star medal at $4.89. These are item prices; confirm any total, including tax or delivery, with the shop.
• Language support is available. The team can help in English or Spanish, which helps if you are ordering on behalf of a group with mixed preferences.

Who This Fits

MigAwards suits schools, teams, leagues, churches, businesses, and families in South Florida that want custom engraving included in the price and prefer a local, family-run shop with a showroom for pickup. If you need a single trophy or a full set of league medals and want the design work handled for you, the free personalization, set-ups, and design help are the main reasons to order here. Call ahead if timing is tight.
