EnglishWhat is Bifrost Productions (bifrostpro.com)?
Updated
Bifrost Productions (bifrostpro.com) is the former name of a business that now operates as Green Mane Studio. The site itself says the name changed because of a conflict with Bifrost Productions Inc., a nonprofit corporation that provides low-cost audio and video recording services to other nonprofit performing arts organizations. If you are looking for current information about the business behind bifrostpro.com, the page directs you to Green Mane Studio rather than offering services under the Bifrost Productions name.
What the site tells visitors
The bifrostpro.com page is essentially a name-change notice, not a working service site. Its key points:
- The page identifies the business as Bifrost Productions TM.
- It states the business changed its name to Green Mane Studio due to a naming conflict with Bifrost Productions Inc.
- Visitors are told to visit Green Mane Studio for more information.
- The page also recommends Style Scout Co. for styling services, describing photo styling, custom decor, prop design, and full retail displays.
Why the name matters
There are two different organizations associated with the “Bifrost Productions” name, and the distinction explains the redirect:
| Name | What it is | Relevance to bifrostpro.com |
|---|---|---|
| Bifrost Productions (bifrostpro.com) | Former name of the business now called Green Mane Studio | The site you are on; no longer uses this name |
| Bifrost Productions Inc. | Nonprofit corporation offering low-cost audio and video recording to nonprofit performing arts groups | The organization whose name conflicted with the site’s original name |
If your goal is audio or video recording help for a nonprofit performing arts organization, the nonprofit Bifrost Productions Inc. is a separate entity from the one that ran bifrostpro.com. If your goal is the styling and design services mentioned on the page, the site points you to Green Mane Studio and Style Scout Co.
What to do if you land on bifrostpro.com
- Looking for the original business: Go to Green Mane Studio, as the page instructs. The bifrostpro.com page does not list current services, pricing, or contact details beyond that referral.
- Looking for nonprofit recording services: Check Bifrost Productions Inc. directly. Do not assume the bifrostpro.com site represents that nonprofit; the page explicitly separates the two.
- Looking for styling or decor work: The page names Style Scout Co. and describes photo styling, custom decor, prop design, and retail displays. Treat this as a referral from the site, not a confirmed current service list.
Limits of what the page confirms
The page is a short notice. It does not state current pricing, service availability, or a direct contact method for Green Mane Studio, and it does not confirm whether the styling referral is an active partnership. For anything beyond the name change and the referrals, verify with Green Mane Studio or the named organizations directly.
