Design and ordering support

  • Online Designer: a self-service tool for building your custom signage on the site.
  • Free design service: if you don't want to design it yourself, the company states it will design it for you free of charge.
  • Color matching: PMS color matching is offered on spirit flags.
  • Bulk orders: garden flags are marketed as a fundraiser item with bulk discounts and no limit on designs.

Product details worth knowing before you order

  • Dibond signs come in 3mm (about 1/8") and 6mm (about 1/4") thickness, with optional rounded corners or holes. Printing is full color with no per-color charge or setup fee, using UV-cured inks, and shipping is listed as free—including 4ft × 8ft panels.
  • Aluminum real estate signs are available single- or double-sided with a powder-coated finish, multiple sizes and frame options, free shipping, and 3/4" angle iron construction.
  • Football yard signs are printed with UV-resistant inks, described as weatherproof and fade-resistant, and include a step stake.
  • Custom banners are advertised with next-day shipping.

When this shop is a good fit—and when it isn't

Choose Big Tex if you want custom-printed flags, banners, or rigid signs in small or bulk quantities and value a free design option or fast turnaround on banners. Look elsewhere if you need standard stock signage without customization, or if you require firm pricing before contacting the company—the site promotes savings (for example, up to $150 off select flags) but the provided pages don't list full prices, so confirm cost and delivery timing by phone or through the product pages before ordering.
