EnglishWhat Is Bob Kloes' Website About?
Updated
Bob Kloes' website is the online home of an American custom furniture maker. It presents handcrafted figured wood furniture, offers a way to get in touch about projects, and points visitors to a separate specialty hardwoods business. If you are looking for a custom furniture maker, want to browse past work, or are sourcing specialty hardwoods, this site is set up to route you to the right place.
Who the Site Belongs To
The site is the personal and business presence of Bob Kloes. Its own description frames the work simply: "Custom figured wood furniture, handcrafted in America." That positioning tells you the focus is on made-to-order pieces built around figured wood, rather than mass-produced or catalog furniture.
What You'll Find on the Site
The homepage is organized around a few clear paths:
- Custom furniture — the core of the site, described as handcrafted figured wood furniture made in America.
- About Bob — background on the maker himself.
- Past Work & Projects — a look at completed pieces, useful if you want to judge style and craftsmanship before reaching out.
- Get in Touch — an open invitation to contact Bob for more information about furniture projects or general inquiries.
The homepage also links out to social media, including an Instagram profile under the handle kloesspecialtyhardwoods, where you can see additional photos and updates.
The Hardwoods Side of the Business
One thing worth knowing before you start browsing: the site separates furniture from lumber. If you are interested in specialty hardwoods rather than a finished piece, the homepage directs you to Kloes Specialty Hardwoods, described as offering "the finest hardwoods from the Midwest and beyond." So the site effectively serves two audiences — people commissioning furniture and people shopping for wood.
