What is Chaldea (chaldea.center)?
Updated
Chaldea is a cross-platform tool for Fate/Grand Order, made up of two parts: Chaldeas, a planner for materials, servants, and events, and Laplace, a battle simulator for team building and 3-turn farming. It runs as a web app, so you need JavaScript enabled in your browser to use it.
What Chaldea actually contains
The site describes itself as "Yet Another Planner & Battle Simulator for Fate/GO," and it splits that job into two named components:
| Component | Role | What it helps with |
|---|---|---|
| Chaldeas | Planner | Planning materials, servants, events, and similar long-term goals |
| Laplace | Battle simulator | Building your team and working out 3T (three-turn) farming |
So it is not a single-purpose calculator. The planner side is about deciding what to farm and when; the simulator side is about testing whether a team can clear a node in a set number of turns.
Who it is for
It is aimed at Fate/Grand Order players ("masters") who want to organize their account rather than play by feel. Two common situations:
- You are saving for or building a servant and want to track which materials you still need and how events feed into that.
- You want to check whether a farming team can reliably clear a node in three turns before committing resources to it.
If you only play casually and never plan ascensions or farm nodes on a schedule, the tool is probably more structure than you need.
How to access it
- Go to chaldea.center in a browser.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled — the page explicitly states it is required to run the app, so a script-blocked browser will show nothing useful.
- Use the planner (Chaldeas) for materials, servants, and events, or the simulator (Laplace) for team and farming tests.
- The site links to a separate document site for further reference.
Things to know before relying on it
- It is a third-party fan tool, not an official Fate/Grand Order product, so treat its data as community-maintained.
- The page evidence does not state pricing, account requirements, or login limits, so do not assume it is free or that no account is needed — check the site itself if that matters to you.
- Because it is a web app, behavior depends on your browser and JavaScript being active.
If your goal is simply to understand what the site is: it is a two-in-one FGO companion — a planner for what to build, and a simulator for how to farm it.
