What is dropkickd?

Updated

dropkickd is a social platform for pro-wrestling fans to rate, review, and compile lists of events and matches from promotions such as WWE and AEW. It is built for fans who want to track what they watch and compare opinions with others, rather than for streaming or watching the events themselves. The site states it is not affiliated with the promotions it covers.

What you can do on dropkickd

The platform centers on three fan activities:

  • Rate matches and events — assign your own scores to individual matches or full events.
  • Review them — write up your take, not just a number.
  • Compile lists — group events and matches into lists, which is useful for things like a personal match-of-the-year ranking or a watchlist.

Coverage is described as spanning popular promotions including WWE and AEW. The site notes it is independent and unaffiliated with those companies, so treat it as a fan-run database and community rather than an official source.

What you need to use it

dropkickd requires JavaScript to run. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the site shows a message asking you to enable it before you can use the platform — there is no non-JavaScript fallback for the core experience.

To get in:

  1. Open dropkickd.com in a browser with JavaScript enabled.
  2. If you see the "JavaScript is not enabled" notice, turn JavaScript on for the site (or switch to a browser where it is on by default) and reload.
  3. Once the app loads, you can start rating, reviewing, and building lists.

Who it is for

dropkickd suits you if you already follow wrestling and want a place to log reactions and rankings over time. It is less useful if you are looking to watch matches, read official promotion news, or find results from the promotions themselves — the platform is about fan ratings, reviews, and lists, not streaming or official coverage.

Things to keep in mind

  • JavaScript is mandatory. This is the most common blocker; the site will not function without it.
  • Independent fan platform. Because dropkickd is not affiliated with WWE, AEW, or other promotions, its content reflects user opinions rather than official information.
  • No pricing details are stated in the available site information, so do not assume the platform is free or paid based on this description alone — check the site itself for any account or access terms.
