What is EsscoIndia.com (Educational Scientific Supplies Co.)?

Updated

EsscoIndia.com is the online presence of Educational Scientific Supplies Co. (ESSCO), a Panchkula, India–based exporter of scientific laboratory equipment and educational science apparatus. The site is aimed at buyers sourcing equipment for intermediate and higher-level curricula, and it organizes its catalog around Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. According to the site, ESSCO has been in business for over 40 years and positions its equipment as conforming to international quality standards.

What the company does

ESSCO describes itself as an exporter of "extensive value for money scientific laboratory equipment." The emphasis is on educational apparatus rather than industrial or research-grade instrumentation, and the stated audience is schools, colleges, and other buyers equipping science teaching labs.

The product range covers apparatus used in the study of:

  • Mechanics
  • Electromagnetism
  • Optics
  • Sound
  • Thermodynamics
  • Electrostatics
  • Biology
  • Chemistry

These map onto the three top-level subject categories shown on the site: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Who it is for

The site targets procurement for intermediate and higher-level curriculum science courses — in other words, the people buying lab equipment for teaching institutions rather than individual hobbyists. If you are sourcing a full lab setup or replacing apparatus across several physics and chemistry topics, that is the use case the catalog is built around.

Beyond the product categories, the homepage lists several resources and services:

Practical notes

If you land on the site and find pages incomplete or missing, that is consistent with the "Site Under Updation" notice — the older version link is the fallback. For pricing, availability, or shipping terms, the page itself does not publish rates; you would need to use the contact channels or the "How to order" section. The site also carries standard FAQ, terms and conditions, and privacy/copyright pages, which are the place to check for ordering and policy specifics.
