What is GDDP (gddp.pro)?

Updated

GDDP is a Geometry Dash progression project that ranks demons into difficulty tiers from Beginner to Obsidian, so you can work through them in order and build skill consistently instead of guessing which level to attempt next. It is hosted at gddp.pro and run by Trusta, ElohmroW, Iron, and a staff team. The site also provides completion tracking and leaderboards, making it useful if you want a structured path through demon levels rather than a random list.

How the progression works

The core idea is simple: levels are ordered into tiers by difficulty. You start at Beginner and move upward toward Obsidian. Each tier is meant to be a step up from the last, so completing them in sequence is intended to steadily raise your ability in Geometry Dash.

This differs from picking demons by star rating or reputation alone. The tier order is the guide, and the site tracks what you have completed as you go.

What the site offers

  • A handcrafted demon progression list organized by difficulty tier
  • A completion tracker for your progress
  • Leaderboards
  • A GDDP Geode mod
  • Twitch stream listings for GDDP streams

Getting started

  1. Create an account on gddp.pro.
  2. Link your Discord.
  3. Explore the tier list and begin with the Beginner tier.
  4. Use the tracker to record completions as you clear levels.

The site also offers a GDDP Geode mod, which you can install to integrate the list with the game.

Community and access

GDDP has a private server. According to the site, you can join it, and there is also a supporter option that grants instant access to the server plus other benefits. The supporter tier is listed at $3.99/month and includes:

  • No ads
  • 10 slots in favorites/loathe lists
  • A unique supporter badge on your profile
  • Exclusive profile picture flair
  • Private server Discord role and exclusive channel access
  • Priority leaderboard submission reviews

Payments are stated to go toward running the website. If you prefer not to subscribe, the site also accepts donations.

Streams and shoutouts

To appear in the GDDP Twitch stream list, your stream must be set to Geometry Dash and have [GDDP] as the first text in the title. Using the GDDP tag without primarily streaming GDDP can get you banned from the stream list. At the time of the source page, there were no active GDDP streams and no shoutouts listed.

Who it is for

GDDP suits players who want a defined route through demon difficulty rather than a flat list. If you are looking for a way to measure progress, compare with others via leaderboards, and follow a tier-based path from Beginner toward Obsidian, the site is built around that goal.
