What Is IFSSO by Dean Crawford and What Does It Offer?

Innovative Food Safety Solutions (IFSSO) is a ServSafe® food safety training provider led by certified instructor Dean Crawford. It offers one-day ServSafe certification classes in person across seven Southeastern U.S. states, with all course materials provided and the certification exam taken at the end of the same day. It is a fit if you need a manager-level food safety certification and prefer a single-day, instructor-led format; it is not a self-paced online course provider based on the site's description.

Who runs it

Dean Crawford is described as a leader in the foodservice and ServSafe industry with over 20 years of experience, and he is a Certified ServSafe Instructor. The stated mission is to help customers grow their businesses by presenting food safety best practices through "exciting and dynamic" ServSafe classes.

How to decide

Choose IFSSO if you want an in-person, single-day ServSafe class with the exam included on the same day and you are located in or near one of its seven served states. If you need online or self-paced training, or you are outside those states, the site's described format does not match that need. The site invites interested participants to register through its "Register Now" option; specific pricing and registration requirements are not detailed in the available page content, so confirm those directly with IFSSO before committing.
