What is jeffersonrams.com?

Updated

jeffersonrams.com is the official athletics website of Thomas Jefferson University, home of the Jefferson Rams. It is the central place to follow the university's varsity teams, with top stories, a scoreboard, and event results all surfaced on the main page. It is most useful for fans, students, parents, alumni, and prospective athletes who want one authoritative source for Jefferson athletics news and schedules.

What the site covers

The homepage is organized around a few core blocks, which tells you what the site is built to do:

Section What it provides
Top Stories Featured news and headlines about Rams teams
Scoreboard Current scores, typically presented as a quick-glance strip
Events and Results Upcoming events alongside completed results
Rams Of The Week Recognition of standout student-athletes
Slideshow / Parallax Rotating visual highlights of teams and moments

Together these sections make the site a news-and-scores hub rather than a general university portal. If you are looking for admissions, academic programs, or campus information, that content lives on the university's main site, not here.

Who it is for

  • Fans and alumni who want scores, results, and stories without hunting across social media.
  • Students and families planning to attend a game, who need event listings and results in one place.
  • Prospective athletes researching the Rams' programs and getting a sense of the teams and their visibility.

How to use it

  1. Open jeffersonrams.com.
  2. Scan Top Stories for the latest headlines, or go straight to the Scoreboard if you only want current scores.
  3. Use Events and Results to check what is coming up or how a recent game finished.
  4. Check Rams Of The Week for athlete recognition pieces.

The expected result is a quick read on the state of Jefferson athletics: what just happened, what is next, and who is being highlighted.

Common sticking points

  • Expecting non-athletics content. The site is scoped to varsity sports; academic and administrative information is elsewhere.
  • Assuming live coverage. The page evidence shows scores and results sections, but it does not confirm live streaming or play-by-play features, so treat it as a scores-and-news destination unless you find a specific link for streaming.
  • Looking for pricing or membership details. Nothing in the available site information indicates paid access, ticketing prices, or login requirements, so do not assume either free access or a paywall—check the specific page you need.

For a single, official view of Jefferson Rams news, scores, and schedules, this is the site to bookmark.
