What Is Miyoushe (miyoushe.com) and How Do You Access the Official miHoYo Community?

Updated

Miyoushe (米游社) is miHoYo's official player community, hosted at miyoushe.com. It is the first-party hub for miHoYo's games, not a third-party fan forum, and it covers titles including Genshin Impact, the Honkai series, Tears of Themis, Zenless Zone Zero, and others listed on the site. If you want official news, player interaction, in-game perks, and fan works in one place, this is the intended destination — and the safest way to reach it is by typing the domain directly or downloading the app through official channels rather than a search-result link.

What Miyoushe actually is

The site describes itself as a miHoYo-owned community where players of its games gather. Two things follow from that:

  • It is official. Content and announcements come from miHoYo or are hosted under its rules, which is why it is the reference point when you want to confirm whether a piece of news is real.
  • It is multi-game. It is not tied to a single title. The community spans the games miHoYo lists, so you can follow several of them from one account and one app.

What you can do there

Based on the site's own description, the community brings together:

Area What it covers
Official news Announcements and information published for miHoYo's games
Player interaction Discussion and social features among players
Perks and extras Benefits and behind-the-scenes or fun content
Fan works Community-created art and other derivative works

If your goal is simply to read official updates, the news side is enough. If you want to post, comment, or claim perks, you will need an account — the site does not present itself as a read-only notice board.

How to access it safely

  1. Web: Enter miyoushe.com in your browser's address bar rather than clicking an unfamiliar link. Check that the domain reads exactly miyoushe.com before logging in.
  2. App: Get the Miyoushe app from an official source — the miHoYo site or your device's official app store listing published by miHoYo. The site's own keywords include "米游社官方下载" (official download), which signals that official download routes exist and are the ones to use.
  3. Verify before entering credentials: If a page asks for your miHoYo account login, confirm the domain first. Typing the password into a lookalike domain is the main risk this guide is meant to prevent.

Common pitfalls

  • Lookalike domains. Names that resemble "miyoushe" but differ by a letter or an added word are the typical trap. Compare character by character.
  • Third-party app stores. An APK from an unofficial mirror may be modified. Prefer the official store listing or the download path the official site points to.
  • Assuming one account covers everything. The community is multi-game, but access to specific game content and perks depends on your account and the game in question; the site does not state that every feature is open to every visitor.

Bottom line

Miyoushe at miyoushe.com is miHoYo's own community for its games, combining official news, player discussion, perks, and fan works. Reach it by typing the domain or installing the official app, and treat any near-identical domain or unofficial download as a reason to stop and check.
