EnglishWhat Is MortalSmurph and What Can Visitors Find on the Site?
Updated
MortalSmurph is a personal hub for one RimWorld player's content, built around a stated philosophy: “Rimworld challenges for the journey, not the destination. Having fun and experiencing crazy moments is more important than ‘winning’.” The site gathers links to his infographics, Discord, YouTube guidebooks, FAQs, and merchandise in one place. It is explicitly marked as under construction, and the blog is listed as “coming soon,” so visitors should expect a link directory rather than a finished publication.
What the site offers
The homepage organizes its resources into labeled sections:
| Section | What it points to |
|---|---|
| Infographs | Visual reference material for RimWorld |
| Basic Game | Content covering the base game |
| Anomaly DLC | Content specific to the Anomaly expansion |
| Discord | Link to the MortalSmurph RimWorld Discord |
| The Jade Club | A named community or content section |
| YouTube | Links to video guidebooks |
| FAQS | Answers to frequently asked questions |
| Dead Huntsmen Pictures | A collection of “Dead Huntsman” images |
| MortalSmurph Merch | T-shirts, coffee mugs, and more |
Who it is for
The site suits RimWorld players who already follow MortalSmurph's videos or Discord and want a single index of his material, especially those looking for infographics or guidebook-style video content. The emphasis on “crazy moments” over winning signals a casual, story-driven approach rather than min-max strategy.
Because the site is under construction and the blog has not launched, anyone seeking long-form written articles or a complete archive will find gaps. For now, treat mortalsmurph.com as a navigation page: use it to reach the Discord, YouTube guidebooks, and infographics, and check back for the blog.
