What Is Netball Australia and Where Can You Find Official Scores, Fixtures, and Memberships?

Updated

Netball Australia is the national governing body for netball in Australia, and its official website, netball.com.au, is the central hub for live scores, fixtures, results, breaking news, and video covering Suncorp Super Netball (SSN), the Origin Diamonds, and the wider game in Australia. If you want official information about Australian netball — from match schedules to national team news — this is the site to use.

What Netball Australia Covers

As the national body, Netball Australia oversees the sport at both the elite and grassroots levels. Based on the site's own content, its scope includes:

  • National teams — the Australian Diamonds, who compete in international fixtures such as the Constellation Cup against the New Zealand Silver Ferns.
  • Domestic competition — Suncorp Super Netball (SSN), the elite Australian league, with coverage of teams like the NSW Swifts.
  • International development — including qualification pathways for the Netball World Cup (NWC), such as Samoa and Tonga securing spots for NWC 2027.
  • Community and First Nations programs — including the First Nations Tournament.

Where to Find Scores, Fixtures, and Results

The site's stated purpose is to provide "netball live scores, fixtures, results, breaking news and video." You can access this through:

  • The website itself — netball.com.au hosts news, fixtures, and results for SSN, the Diamonds, and Australian netball generally.
  • The Netball Live App — available on the App Store and Google Play, it gives access to scores, stats, fixtures, news, and video for Suncorp Super Netball, the Australian Diamonds, and netball in Australia.

If you want to follow a specific competition, the site organizes content by category — for example, SSN, Diamonds, and Netball (general) tags appear on news items.

Following the Diamonds and Major Events

International fixtures feature prominently. The 2026 Constellation Cup is highlighted on the homepage, where the Australian Diamonds take on the New Zealand Silver Ferns on home soil, with tickets available through the site. The Diamonds squad named to contest the 2026 Constellation Cup is also covered in the news section.

For ongoing coverage, the site's "Latest in News" and "Latest Videos" sections are updated with items such as partnership announcements (e.g., an expanded partnership with ASICS), team news, and video highlights like the Top 10 Goals of 2026.

Memberships and Merchandise

Two official entry points are promoted on the site:

Offering What it includes How to access
Memberships Exclusive member experiences, a member pack, a merchandise voucher, and rewards — positioned as getting "closer to the Australian Diamonds" "More Info" link on the Memberships section
Official Australian Diamonds Merchandise Team apparel, such as the Diamonds Heritage Zip, offered as a limited pre-order "Shop Now" link

Memberships are described as being on sale, with the message "Your place on the team is waiting."

Staying Updated

Beyond browsing the site, you can subscribe to Netball Nation to receive netball news and exclusive offers by email. Combined with the Netball Live App, this gives you two ways to keep up with SSN, the Diamonds, and Australian netball without checking the site manually.

In short: netball.com.au is the official source for Australian netball scores, fixtures, results, news, and video, and it's also where you'll find membership and merchandise offers tied to the Australian Diamonds.
