What is REFORGED - NC (aiononline.plaync.com)?

Updated

REFORGED - NC is the official Aion Online web presence hosted on NC's PlayNC domain. The site is branded "REFORGED" and carries the tagline "Diverging Journeys," framing it as a game-related portal for Aion rather than a general information site. It is the place to go when you want official Aion material from the publisher, not community wikis or third-party guides.

What the site is

  • Official game portal. The hostname sits under plaync.com, NC's game platform domain, and the site name ties directly to Aion Online. That makes it a first-party destination for the game.
  • Themed around "REFORGED." The branding signals a refreshed or reworked presentation of the game's web presence, with "Diverging Journeys" as the accompanying tagline.
  • Game-focused, not general-purpose. Expect Aion-specific content and navigation rather than broad articles or unrelated services.

What to expect when you visit

Because the site is a game portal, its content revolves around Aion Online itself. Typical uses include:

  • Checking official announcements and game information published under the REFORGED branding.
  • Following the "Diverging Journeys" theme, which suggests player paths or branching content as a framing device.
  • Using it as the authoritative reference point when third-party sources conflict.

The available site data does not specify pricing, account requirements, or login restrictions, so treat access terms as something to confirm on the page itself rather than assuming the site is free or open without sign-in.

When this site is the right source

Your goal Use this site?
Official Aion Online information from NC Yes — it is the first-party portal
Understanding the "REFORGED" branding and theme Yes — the branding is defined here
Community builds, fan guides, or player discussion No — look to community sites instead
General gaming or non-Aion content No — the site is Aion-specific

Practical note

If you land on the page and see little beyond the REFORGED name and the "Diverging Journeys" tagline, that is consistent with a portal whose identity is carried by its branding and its connection to Aion Online. Use the site's own navigation to reach the specific game sections you need, and verify any account or access details directly on the page rather than inferring them.
