What Is stlukeslyndhurst.weebly.com?

Updated

stlukeslyndhurst.weebly.com is the old Weebly home page of St. Luke's Leeds Anglican Church, part of Leeds Anglican Ministries. It is no longer the church's active information source: the site itself states that it contains some historic information but is not updated, and it directs visitors to a new site for everything about mission and worship, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

What you will find on the site

The page is a landing page rather than a full, maintained website. Its visible content includes:

  • A welcome heading: "St. Luke's Leeds Anglican Church Welcomes You! (Part of Leeds Anglican Ministries)"
  • A navigation menu with sections such as Home, Contact, Donate, Monthly Bulletin, Parish Notebook, History, Photo Gallery, and Links
  • A list of annual ministry themes, including "Strong & Courageous," "Encouraging Each Other," "Rooted In Christ, Growing To Serve," "All Things New," "Fuelled by Word & Spirit," and "Hope Refreshed!"
  • References to a Thrift Shop and Helping Hands
  • A prominent notice pointing to the church's new website

Why the site is not the current source

The site's own notice explains the situation:

Please see our new site for all information regarding our mission and worship during the current COVID 19 Pandemic. This site contains some historic information, but is not updated. Please click the link above to connect with our new website.

This means the Weebly page should be treated as an archive. Anything time-sensitive — current worship times, pandemic-era service arrangements, mission updates, or contact details — may be out of date here.

Who this page is useful for

How to use it

  1. Open stlukeslyndhurst.weebly.com.
  2. Read the notice near the top of the page.
  3. Click the link it provides to reach the new website for current mission and worship information.
  4. Browse the menu items (History, Photo Gallery, Parish Notebook, Monthly Bulletin) only if you are looking for older, archival material.

The site is built on Weebly's template system, as indicated by the "Powered by" footer, so its structure is that of a simple template-based site rather than a custom church portal.
