What is the Bedford Blues RFC website?

Updated

bedfordrugby.co.uk is the official website of Bedford Blues RFC, the club's home for news, match reports, team announcements and event information. It is the place to go if you want to follow the Blues' results and squad updates, book club events, or sign up for the club newsletter. The site is published in English and is aimed at supporters, visitors and anyone looking to arrange an event with the club.

What the site covers

The homepage is organised around a few clear areas:

  • News — the main feed, carrying items such as match reports, team news and club announcements. Current examples on the page include a report on Blues Women topping the table, a report on a maximum points haul at Nottingham, squad news ahead of the Nottingham match, and a note that Blues Women are back on home soil.
  • Events and bookings — a "Book Your Event Today" prompt and a "Secure your spot at GR" call to action, indicating the club takes event enquiries through the site.
  • Christmas Schedule — a seasonal listing for the club's Christmas activities.
  • Mailing list — a newsletter sign-up inviting supporters to receive "the latest news, signings and match previews."
  • Fireworks Display and Funfair 2026 — a featured club event.
  • Unclaimed Ladies Day 2026 Raffle Prizes — a notice for raffle winners.

If your goal is simply to keep up with Bedford Blues results and squad news, the News section and the newsletter are the two most direct routes. If you want to hold an event at the club, start with the "Book Your Event Today" link rather than the news feed.
