What Is the Blue Ridge Soccer League Website?

Updated

The Blue Ridge Soccer League (BRSL) website at blueridgesoccerleague.org is the online home of a youth soccer league organization. It serves as a central hub for league information, including team registration, game schedules, member club directories, and contact details for league leadership. If you're a coach, team manager, parent, or club administrator looking for league resources, this site is where you'll find them.

What You'll Find on the Site

The site organizes its content around a few core areas:

Team Sign-Up and Registration

The homepage prominently features a notice that BRSL Fall 2023 Team Sign Up is Ready, indicating that team registration is handled through the site. This is typically the entry point for clubs and teams wanting to participate in the upcoming season.

Schedules

The site maintains a schedule archive spanning multiple seasons, including:

  • Spring 2019 Team Schedules
  • Fall 2018 Team Schedules
  • Spring 2018 Schedules
  • Fall 2017 Schedules
  • Spring 2017 Schedules
  • Fall 2016 Team Schedules
  • Past Schedules

This archive suggests the league has been operating for several years and keeps historical schedule data accessible.

Member Club Directory

BRSL provides a Member Club Directory, with a specific listing for the 2021-22 season. This directory helps participants identify which clubs belong to the league—useful for finding contact information, confirming affiliation, or reaching out to specific clubs.

Contacts and Governance

The site includes a BRSL Contacts section and a BRSL Executive Board listing. These pages give you direct access to the people running the league, which is helpful for questions about rules, registration, or league operations.

Rules and Resources

Two notable resources appear on the site:

  • BRSL Guest Player Policy (updated 3/6/18) — outlines the rules for guest players participating in league games.
  • Interactive Guide to Offsides — an educational tool explaining the offside rule, likely aimed at players, coaches, and parents who are new to the game.
