What the sale is
A kids consignment sale is a resale event where families sell gently used children's items — typically clothing, toys, gear, and similar goods — rather than buying everything new. NVPOM runs this sale as part of its broader activities for families of multiples, alongside social events and community support.
The sale is listed on the NVPOM homepage as one of the organization's main public-facing activities, separate from its membership and social programming.
Who runs it and who it serves
NVPOM describes itself as a non-profit organization for families of twins, triplets, or higher-order multiples. It is volunteer-based and provides education, community support, and social activities for members.
Membership in NVPOM is open to:
- Expectant parents
- Parents of twins, triplets, and higher-order multiples
- Grandparents of multiples
- Legal guardians of multiples
The consignment sale itself is a public event with a stated date and location, so it is not limited to members in the way the organization's internal activities are.
How to get more information
The NVPOM homepage includes a Learn More link next to the consignment sale listing. That link is the place to check for additional details the homepage does not cover, such as seller registration, item drop-off rules, payment methods, or whether the sale is open to the general public.
If you are planning around the event, verify the details through that link before the date, since sale logistics beyond the date, time, and location are not specified on the homepage itself.
