What Is the Official miHoYo Forum (米游社/Miyoushe) and How Do You Access It?

Updated

The official miHoYo forum is Miyoushe (米游社), available on the web at miyoushe.com and through the Miyoushe app. It is miHoYo's own player community, covering titles such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Tears of Themis, and others. If you want official news, guides, fan works, and in-game events in one place, this is the destination — and you reach it either by opening the website in a browser or by installing the app.

What Miyoushe Actually Is

Miyoushe is described as miHoYo's official player community. Its stated purpose is to gather players of miHoYo games for interaction, official information,福利 (benefits/perks) and trivia, and fan-created works.

That means it functions as more than a plain discussion board. In one place you get:

  • Official announcements and news for the games listed on the site
  • Player interaction — discussion, guides, and shared experience
  • Fan works (同人作品) created by the community
  • Welfare and event information tied to the games

The games named in the site's own description include 崩坏学园2 (Honkai Gakuen 2), 崩坏3 (Honkai Impact 3rd), 原神 (Genshin Impact), 未定事件簿 (Tears of Themis), 崩坏:星穹铁道 (Honkai: Star Rail), 绝区零 (Zenless Zone Zero), 崩坏:因缘精灵, and 星布谷地.

How to Access It

There are two entry paths, and both lead to the same official community.

Option 1: Web browser

  1. Open a browser.
  2. Go to miyoushe.com.
  3. Log in with your miHoYo account (miHoYo Pass / 米哈游通行证) when prompted.
  4. Bind your game account if you want your in-game identity and progress reflected in the community.

Expected result: you land in the official community and can browse official news, guides, fan works, and event information.

Option 2: Miyoushe app

  1. Get the Miyoushe app from the official source (the site itself references 米游社下载 / 米游社官方下载 / 米游社app下载 — official download).
  2. Install and open it.
  3. Log in with the same miHoYo account.
  4. Bind your game account.

Expected result: the same community content, in app form, with the convenience of mobile access.

Logging In and Binding Your Game Account

Access to the community runs through a miHoYo Pass (米哈游通行证) — the same account system used across miHoYo games. Logging in identifies you as a player; binding a game account connects your community profile to your in-game data.

A practical note: if you play multiple miHoYo titles, the same pass can serve them, so you do not need a separate community account per game.

What You Can Do Once Inside

Activity What it gives you
Read official news Announcements and updates straight from miHoYo
Browse guides and discussion Player-written help and shared experience
View fan works Community-created art and content (同人作品)
Check welfare/events Perks and event information tied to the games
Interact with other players The core "player community" function

Telling the Official Community Apart from Third-Party Forums

Because "miHoYo forum" is a common phrase, third-party sites and fan-run boards also appear in search results. The reliable marker is the domain and the account system:

  • Official: miyoushe.com, and the Miyoushe app, both tied to the miHoYo Pass.
  • Not official: anything else claiming to be the miHoYo forum.

If a site asks you to log in but is not miyoushe.com and does not use your miHoYo Pass, treat it as a separate, non-official community.
