What Is Wilsons Sign Solutions?

Wilsons Sign Solutions is an Australian signage and engraving company based in Neerabup, Western Australia. It describes itself as one of Australia's oldest privately owned enterprises, having operated since 1921, and today offers sign manufacturing, digital printing, LED scoreboards, and honour boards alongside its traditional engraving work.

What the company does

According to its website, Wilsons Sign Solutions traces its origins to 1921, when Charles Wilson founded it as an engraving company. Over the following century it expanded into modern services, and it now presents itself as combining that legacy with contemporary manufacturing and digital capabilities.

Its listed specialty services are:

• Honour boards — recognition and commemorative boards
• Scoreboards — including electronic and LED scoreboards
• Content management — digital screens and display content
• Signage — sign manufacturing, including external and internal signs
• Plaques & engraving — engraved plaques, labels, switch plates, and stencils
• Unveiling stand hire — hire of stands for unveiling ceremonies, bookable online

The site also references directories, notice boards, and digital screens among its product areas.

Who it's for

The mix of services points to organisations that need durable, custom-made recognition and information displays rather than mass-produced retail signs. Typical use cases would include:

• Schools and sporting clubs needing scoreboards or honour boards
• Councils, clubs, and community organisations commissioning commemorative plaques
• Businesses requiring internal or external signage
• Anyone organising an unveiling ceremony who needs a stand

If your project involves a one-off engraved plaque or a full electronic scoreboard installation, the company's stated scope covers both ends of that range.
