What Kinds of Feature Requests and Roadmap Items Appear on Saga Feedback?

Updated

Saga Feedback (sagahq.canny.io) is a public Canny board where users post and vote on feature requests for Saga, and the Roadmap view groups those requests by status. Based on the board listing, the requests cluster around editing and organization, tables and tasks, AI and search, and platform or access features — with a small number marked Planned, In Progress, or Complete.

How the board is structured

The board is split into two views:

  • Feature Requests — the full list of submitted ideas, each with a vote count.
  • Roadmap — the same items filtered by status: Planned, In Progress, and Complete.

The listing shows only a handful of items carrying a status, while most requests appear with vote counts but no status label. That means a high vote count signals interest, not a commitment to build.

What the statuses tell you

Only a few items carry a status, and they show where work stands:

Status Items shown
Planned Multi-select pages as tags in a collection
In Progress Saga AI search across your workspace
Complete iOS mobile app

The rest of the board is a wish list ranked by votes. If you want to know whether a specific capability is coming, check its status on the Roadmap rather than its vote count.

How to use this if you're evaluating Saga

  • Check the Roadmap first for anything you consider essential — offline mode, for example, has the most votes but no status shown, so treat it as requested rather than available.
  • Use vote counts as a signal of demand, not a delivery date. A 48-vote request and a 1-vote request are treated the same way in the listing unless a status is attached.
  • Look at the table cluster if spreadsheet-style editing matters to you: sorting, column resizing, and mid-table row insertion are all separate open requests, which suggests these are gaps rather than existing behavior.
  • Add your own vote or request on the board if your need isn't listed — the board's stated purpose is to inform the Saga team's product decisions.
