EnglishWhat membership options does Marcellin Old Collegians Cricket Club offer?
Updated
Marcellin Old Collegians Cricket Club (MOCCC) offers a social membership for non-playing supporters who want to back the club financially for a single season. It comes in three tiers — Golden Eagle ($150), Silver Eagle ($75) and Junior Eagle ($50) — each bundling a different set of benefits. All three are purchased through the MOCCC Store on the club website.
Who social membership is for
Social membership is aimed at people in the Marcellin cricket community who are not playing that season but still want to contribute to the club. It covers one season, so it needs to be renewed each year if you want to keep supporting.
The three tiers at a glance
| Tier | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Golden Eagle | $150 | Social membership; dinner and a drink at all selection night dinners; MOCCC playing hat; Trivia Night ticket; Reverse Raffle ticket; email updates |
| Silver Eagle | $75 | Social membership; MOCCC playing hat; Trivia Night ticket; email updates |
| Junior Eagle | $50 | A piece of merchandise; soft drink at all home games; birthday social post |
Golden Eagle — $150
The top tier is the fullest package. Beyond the base social membership, it adds dinner and a drink at every selection night dinner, an MOCCC playing hat, a Trivia Night ticket, a Reverse Raffle ticket and email updates. This suits someone who wants to be present at club events through the season rather than just contributing financially.
Silver Eagle — $75
The middle tier keeps the social membership, playing hat, Trivia Night ticket and email updates, but drops the selection night dinners and the Reverse Raffle ticket. It's the option for a supporter who wants club gear and a night out at trivia without the full events calendar.
Junior Eagle — $50
The entry tier is built around younger or casual supporters. Instead of a playing hat and trivia ticket, it includes a piece of merchandise, a soft drink at all home games and a birthday social post.
How to buy
Membership is purchased through the MOCCC Store, where you select a tier from the dropdown and complete the purchase. The club site also has a Subscribe link if you want club updates by email.
Choosing between the tiers
- Want the full club experience, including selection night dinners? Golden Eagle at $150.
- Want club gear and Trivia Night without the dinner commitment? Silver Eagle at $75.
- Supporting on a smaller budget, or buying for a child? Junior Eagle at $50.
If you're unsure, compare what you'd actually use: the $75 gap between Golden and Silver buys the selection night dinners and the Reverse Raffle ticket, so it's only worth it if you'll attend those events.
