EnglishWhat resources are available on abcsmartcookies.com during Smart Cookies maintenance?
Updated
Smart Cookies is offline for scheduled annual maintenance, and user access is set to resume on October 1st, 2026 at 8:00am EST. During that window you cannot sign in, but the resource links at the top and bottom of the page remain available, and ABC points users to www.ABCBakers.com for additional cookie program resources.
What stays available on abcsmartcookies.com
The page keeps its resource navigation live even while the login is disabled. The listed resources are:
- Digital Art
- Forms and Checklists
- Cookie Calculator
- Allergen Flyer
- Cookie Lineup Sheet
- Rally Guide
- Five Essential Leadership Skills
- Cookies Safety and Training
- Smart Cookies Training
- Safety Help
These cover the practical side of running a cookie program — printable forms, planning tools, safety and training material, and rally support — without needing account access.
What is unavailable
The Smart Cookies sign-in itself is down. The page shows an Email or Username and Password sign-in form, plus a "Forgot your username or password?" link, but the notice states that Smart Cookies is currently unavailable while scheduled annual maintenance is performed. Treat the login, and anything behind it, as inaccessible until access resumes on October 1st, 2026 at 8:00am EST.
Where to go for more resources
For additional ABC cookie program resources, the page directs users to www.ABCBakers.com. The top and bottom links on abcsmartcookies.com also stay usable during maintenance, so you can reach the resource pages from there.
If you need technical help, the page lists [email protected] and a phone number, 855-444-6682, along with the address 3333 Finley Road Suite 800, Downers Grove, IL 60515.

What to do while you wait
- Use the resource links on the page for forms, calculators, and training material instead of trying to log in.
- Visit www.ABCBakers.com if you need resources beyond what the page lists.
- Contact [email protected] or 855-444-6682 for technical issues.
- Plan to sign in again on or after October 1st, 2026 at 8:00am EST, when user access resumes.
The main takeaway: the login is paused, but the reference and training materials are not. Work from those links and ABCBakers.com until access returns.
